Band yang terbentuk pada tahun 1999 dengan nama BC BAND dan sempat bubar selama kurang lebih 11 tahun yang kemudian bersatu kembali di tahun 2010 dengan nama baru BERLIAN, namun pada saat rilis berganti nama menjadi Sir.5 (Survive).
